250 g chocolate
100 g butter
100 g mini marshmallows
1 packet of coconut sables (about 175 g) alternatively use digestive biscuits or graham crackers
125 g mixed nuts (almonds, cashews and walnuts)
- Melt the chocolate and butter over a water bath.
- Leave to cool a bit while crushing nuts and biscuits just slightly. It should not be powdered.
- Mix in crushed nuts, marshmallows and and crumbled biscuits and let it cool the fridge for 2-3 hours before cutting up into bite-sized bits.
